This Privacy Statement governs the processing of your personal data as part of use of our website (http://www.netcure.be/) and the services related to it. This processing is always carried out by Netcure BVBA as data controller, with location Davincilaan 1, 1930 Zaventem and company number BE 0459.551.653.

Protecting customers’ and visitors’ personal data is very important to NETCURE. We therefore make every effort to guarantee this data protection and always act in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) when we process your personal data. By virtue of the personal data we process on our website (http://www.netcure.be/), NETCURE will always act as the data controller.

Personal data
We define processing personal data as a case of processing or processing an entity of processes which is performed on personal data or on sets of personal data, whether or not by automated means such as collection, recording, organisation, structuring, saving, modifying or altering, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction of data;

Examples of personal data are name, address or e-mail address, while this also includes your IP address.

Why do we process your personal data?
NETCURE will process your personal data for the following purposes with the underlying legal basis each time stated thereafter:

  • Processing your enquiry through the contact form by email, telephone or social media – Legitimate interest: to provide an answer to your enquiry
  • Direct marketing purposes to be able to provide you with individual communication, promotions, offers and other advertisements from us or our selected partners. – Legitimate interest: to keep you informed about promotions and offers
  • Informing you by periodic newsletters – Consent
  • Profiling using a cookie that analyses your online behaviour and preferences. In this way we keep you informed about activities at NETCURE that may interest you – Consent
  • Customer management – Execution of agreement
  • Internal purposes such as audits, data analysis and research to improve products, services and communications – Legitimate interest

To whom do we transfer your personal data?
We will not provide your personal data to third parties in an identifiable manner unless required by law or unless you have given your explicit consent.
NETCURE reserves the right to anonymise the personal data and consequently transfer them to other organisations that may use them to improve products and services and organise the marketing, presentation and sale of customised products and services. NETCURE will take the necessary steps to process personal data solely within the European Economic Area, except for the following processors:

  • SharpSpring
  • Google Analytics

These transfers are covered by the EU-US Privacy Shield. They will take the necessary steps to also adequately protect your personal data outside the EEA.

For how long do we save your personal data?
Your personal data will only be processed for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Statement or until you withdraw your consent to processing. In this case we will take the necessary steps to stop the processing of your personal data as soon as possible.

What rights can you exercise as a data subject?
As a data subject you have the right to access all personal data that NETCURE processes about you.

As a data subject have the right to require the rectification of personal data that are incorrect or inaccurate

If the processing of your personal data is based on consent, you always have the opportunity to withdraw this consent. This can be done by contacting privacy@netcure.be.
As a data subject you have the right to request that your personal data are deleted if they are no longer necessary in light of the purposes of this Privacy Statement or if you withdraw your consent to processing. However, this right cannot be exercised if NETCURE is required by another legal provision to further process this personal data.

If you wish to exercise the above data subject rights, or should you have any further questions, you can always contact privacy@netcure.be. If you wish to exercise your rights you will always have to appropriately identify yourself. This is accepted if, for example, you send your request from the e-mail address already known to us.
