This Privacy Statement governs the processing of your personal data as part of use of our website (http://www.netcure.be/) and the services related to it. This processing is always carried out by Netcure BVBA as data controller, with location Davincilaan 1, 1930 Zaventem and company number BE 0459.551.653.

Protecting customers’ and visitors’ personal data is very important to NETCURE. NETCURE will process your personal data for the following purposes with the underlying legal basis each time stated thereafter:

As a data subject you have the right to request that your personal data are deleted if they are no longer necessary in light of the purposes of this Privacy Statement or if you withdraw your consent to processing. However, this right cannot be exercised if NETCURE is required by another legal provision to further process this personal data.

If you wish to exercise your rights you will always have to appropriately identify yourself. This is accepted if, for example, you send your request from the e-mail address already known to us.
